Trouble Tickets |
Trouble tickets are a way of sending a support request to your hosting administrator or Hosting Controller whenever you have a problem. Trouble tickets are divided into two separate types:
Personal - Tickets created by you about problems that you are having that only you can see. This is the default setting when creating a ticket.
Archive Tickets - Tickets created by you about problems that you are having that all other user of the same user level can see. For example, a archive tickets created by a reseller can be viewed by all other resellers as well.
