Listing ticket categories

Hosting Controller enables you, as the principal hosting administrator, to create new ticket categories as required. Hosting Controller installs with a number of pre-defined categories, which you can edit as you wish - refer to Creating a ticket category for more information.

To list your ticket categories:

  1. Click on the List Categories link in the Trouble Ticket menu.

  2. A list of your ticket categories is now displayed.
