Deleting a ticket category

You can delete a ticket category when it is no longer required.

Note: All tickets within a category will be deleted when the category is deleted, if any still exist.

To delete a ticket category:

  1. Click on the List Categories link in the Trouble Ticket menu.

  2. Click on the Delete link next to the required category.

  3. Confirm that you want to delete the account in the dialog box.
