Disabling plan instance |
You can disable a sold plan instance any time. Disabling a plan instance stops all the websites in that plan. The customer account is however not disabled because the particular customer might own more than one plans and disabling would be required for a particular plan only. The customer is however not allowed to start a plan from site properties.
To disable a old plan instance:
Click on the Sold Plan Instances link in the Plan Manager menu.
Click on the button.
The plan is now disabled. All the websites in this plan are stopped.
