Hosting Controller enables you to add a virtual directory at any time. You can set the alias, physical path, and access permissions of the virtual directory.

Note: This function is available to WebAdmin user only.

To add a virtual directory:

1. Click on the List Web Sites link in the Domain Manager menu.

2. Click on the button.

3. Enter the name of the virtual directory in the Alias for Virtual Directory field.

4. Choose the physical path of the virtual directory. Click on the name of your site in the Physical Path area and click on the button.

5. Repeat the previous step until you have selected the required directory.

6. Click on the No radio button next to the Allow Anonymous heading if you do not want users to see this virtual directory.

7. Click on the required tick boxes next to the Access Permissions heading. Refer to Setting general access permissions for more information about these settings.

8. Click on the button.
