Deleting a user

You can delete an unnecessary user account at any time. The user of that account will no longer have access to your Hosting Controller system.

Note: HostAdmin user can delete only Reseller accounts while Reseller can delete only his WebAdmin accounts. If you want to delete WebAdmin accounts, you need to login as Reseller.

To delete a user account:

  1. Click on the List Users link in the User Manager menu.

  2. Click on the radio button next to the account that you want to delete.

  3. Click on the button.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete the account in the dialog box.
